Over time, and thanks to the electronic recording from the podoscope device, we can track the changes that the musculoskeletal system shows by wearing pads and exercising.
The inserts can have a service life of several years (it depends on the way of wearing and the material of the insert) and can be continuously adjusted.

1st visit – 60 min.
- examination of the musculoskeletal system
- treatment/instruction exercises
- examination of the legs by functional tests and on a diagnostic device podoscope, from which we also get an electronic record that is comparable in time
- making and individual adjustment of the orthopedic insole according to the examination
2nd visit after about 4 weeks – 30 min.

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU?
- Shoes in which you will wear insoles – but it is possible that the insole will not fit in all shoes if they have different shapes – different widths, for example, narrow insoles can not be used in boots for all-day wear, which are wider, etc., so consider whether you want insoles more for sports shoes or shoes for all-day wear

Screening of children’s feet and comprehensive examination of the musculoskeletal system
We perform a comprehensive examination of the musculoskeletal system in children with a focus on the examination of the feet on the podoscop. We examine children from the beginning of walking. The condition of the examination on the podoscop is that the child stands on it for a while in peace. Based on the examination, we determine any deviations and recommend exercise and regime measures. In the case of significantly non-ideal development of the foot, or if the legs do not improve with exercise, then we recommend and make orthopedic insoles.
The arch in children matures by the 3rd year, however, if the ankles are significantly fallen before the third year, it is certain that the flatfoot develops. And this needs to be addressed. The child will not grow out of it. Between the 6th and 7th year of age, the position of the heel bone in relation to the ankle bone begins to be fixed and the base of the flatfoot is thus permanently fixed.
